MEAL PREPPIN'

Tis’ the season to… stuff your face with sugar and carbs??!? NO WAY! Well, I can’t promise that I won’t eat a lot of carbs LOL.

Not only does eating all the holiday sweets make me feel guilty but it also makes me feel unhealthy. I’m fighting to stay strong this year by planning my meals and prepping for the week ahead. Plus, wouldn’t be nice for our New Year’s goal not to be “get bikini ready”?
{truth be told I don’t feel comfortable in bikinis anymore… is it a mom thing?}

ANYWAYS, I thought I’d share with you what I have been doing. Here is the whole schedule for my meal prepping last week! Edit what you don’t like or switch your dinners around but I promise finding a meal prep that works for you will totally change your life.
